Second Breakfast at Swan Oyster Depot

Last month I went to San Francisco and ate. Everywhere. One of my favorite places was Swan Oyster Depot.  Established in 1912, Swan Oyster is a fish store with 18 seats. The people who work there are so friendly and the people eating next to you are just happy to be there.

Boston Globe Ideas

Here is a quick illustration that I did for the Boston Globe Ideas Section. The article was about how during the summer Boston is empty and businesses don't do as well in contrast to the school year where the city really comes to life. Dan Zedek, the design director, wanted to see how Boston would look during both circumstances. So, we came up with this split illustration. You can read the article here.

Summery

Here are some summery illustrations that I have been slow to post. 

 For STL at Home magazine. I did a handful of spots about what to do with your kids this summer and these were two of my favorites. These categories were road trips and science & exploration.

 I did a bunch of spots of Seattle neighborhoods for Seattle Met. These are Capitol Hill and Ballard.

This one was for The Boston Globe magazine. The article was about how to deal with pests around the house. One of the suggestions was getting a bat house to eat up mosquitos.
